Covenant Keepers 2019

Covenant Keepers 2019  will be Jan. 28-29 at the Regency Conference Center in O'Fallon. Theme for the event is Fanning the Flames. Speakers for the event are the Rev. Dr. Mark Rutland and the Rev. Dr. Joy Moore.

Chair massage opportunity There will be a sign-up sheet for the chair massage schedule at the registration table. However, please indicate your interest here to insure adequate staffing for those times.
Continuing education credit The IGRC Board of Ordained Ministry will grant 0.5 hours of Continuing Education credit to any participant who attends the ENTIRE Covenant Keeper event. Check this to be eligible for CEU's.

Keynote speakers

Rev. Dr. Mark Rutland

Rev. Dr. Mark Rutland

Rev. Dr. Mark Rutland is a pastor, speaker, and New York Times bestselling author and columnist for Ministry Today magazine. He is president of both the National Institute of Christian Leadership Dand Global Servants. Dr. Rutland also serves on the preaching team at Jentezen Franklin's Free Chapel Church.

He is a frequent guest on The 700 Club, TBN, James Robison's LIFE Today, Daystar, and 100 Huntley Street. His radio program is the number one Christian teaching broadcast in Atlanta.

Mark lives with his wife, Alison, in Atlanta, Ga.






Rev. Dr. Joy J. Moore

Rev. Dr. Joy J Moore

Rev. Dr. Joy J. Moore is the associate professor of homiletics and Christian ministry at Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University..

A native of Chicago, Moore is an ordained elder in the West Michigan Conference of the United Methodist Church, was the founding associate dean of the William E. Pannell Center for African American Church Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, where she also served as an assistant professor of preaching from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, Moore served as associate dean for Black Church Studies and Church Relations at Duke University, in Durham, N.C., where she also was a visiting professor of preaching. 

Moore earned a Bachelor Arts in Education and Mathematics from National-Louis University in Evanston, Ill., a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Seminary in Evanston, Ill., and a Ph.D. in practical theology from London School of Theology/Brunel University in London, England. She became a John Wesley Fellow in 2001, and is a member of the National Association of United Methodist Evangelists, the Wesleyan Theology Society, the Academy of Homiletics, the Society for Biblical Literature, and has served as president of the Christian Theological Research Fellowship of the American Academy of Religion.
